The company has engineered special purpose machines to suit customers' requirements to their utmost satisfaction - the Deriser Lathe to prepare Aluminium wheel blank castings ready for CNC turning, using state of the art technology, portable kit set cup wheel Surface Grinder for 3.6 x .75 meters bearing sole plates to a surface tolerance of 0.04 mm/.03 mm per lineal ft; Special Purpose Machine to grind; weld and paint joints inside 40km of 300mm pipeline with +0.25 mm tolerance, to name a few.

In an effort to obtain better quality castings with thin sections, the company embarked into research and development in the area of centrifugal casting of permanent moulds. After several years of developmental works and field trials, the company has a proven process of obtaining high quality cast components of thinner sections with excellent surface finish and sharp details at economical tooling cost. This, coupled with the advantage of suitability for  both short and long run production, makes the process of centrifuging the permanent mould a very successful and economic alternative to pressure die casting.

The Deck plate for marine winch unit, centrifugal die cast, has perfect finish and chemical analysis for hard anodising to suit its tough use.
