Two decades ago
Centracast Westside Engineering Ltd set the long term
goal of producing a semi or automatic vertical spindle
centrifuging machine capable of producing metal
castings of high yielding runs. A centrifuging machine
that would be operator friendly, could be used to run
a varrying range of conventional and chill moulds
efficiently and be cost effective on both set up times
and casting times. This centrifuging technology has
reached the stage where a consistent and reliable
mechanical operated casting process has been developed
together with an upmarket, easy to program control
system.
CENTRA-TECH®
the
control system operates the casting phase and stores
casting recipes. These recipes once stored may be
quickly recalled to automatically set the casting
process.
